- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with a delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as Electric blankets and Bedding (including Bed sheets, Duvet covers & sets, and Duvets) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
